Who can apply to be a stallholder at the North Bushey Community Fair?
There are a variety of stalls available for charities, community interest groups and for stallholders selling a specific product, ranging from arts and crafts, cupcakes to jewellery and plants. Stallholders wishing to solely promoting a business are welcome to book a stall and contact us for other advertising/promotional opportunities. To find out more please contact email@example.com

What is the cost of a stall?
The standard cost for a stall is £20.
Stallholder pitch details
Each stallholder pitch measures a maximum of 3m x 3m. The pitches are directly on grass, so the ground is uneven. You are responsible for bringing any awnings or gazebos you require for your pitch. Shelters must be properly secured with appropriate pins or weights - otherwise you will be asked to remove them. Your gazebo and your products must be positioned inside your marked pitch area. You may apply for more than one pitch, but you may not be offered more than one.
We unfortunately do not provide or offer a facility to hire tables, chairs, table cloths or gazebos.
Electricity is not provided in the stallholder area
Water is not available
Please take your rubbish away with at the end of the day
Selling food at the North Bushey Community Fair
We can accommodate most food type stalls, provided you are registered with your local authority.
There is a food area is for stallholders selling meals and snacks and you will be allocated a place in this area should this apply to your stall. Please contact us in advance if you think this applies to you.
Do I need insurance?
All stallholders should hold current public liability insurance. Public liability insurance can be
obtained from most insurers. There are some specialist event insurance companies that will provide one day cover products.
Is Millbrook Open Space accessible by car and where can I park?
North Bushey Community Fair is open to fair traffic from 10am - there is no earlier access for stallholders. All cars must be removed from Millbrook Open Space by latest 11:30 am. We suggest you find available parking in nearby residential streets.
If I apply for a stall immediately will I be sure to get one?
Not necessarily. Stalls are not allocated on a first come first served basis. After the closing date we consider all the applications and then contact you to tell you whether or not you have been successful. Priority will be given to businesses and residents from North Bushey.
How do you allocate stalls?
We favour local organisations, charities and local traders. Every year we try to introduce some new stalls. We also aim for a balance of different types of stalls.
How do I find out whether my application succeeded?
We will contact you by email (or phone if you have no email)
Payment - Please do not send money with your application. Once we have all the applications we will be able to confirm that you have a pitch/s.
